Believing Yourself
There is a knowing within you.
Believing yourself means giving that knowing a place to stand—even when no one agrees, even when they may never understand.
It means being the final authority on what feels true for you and not abandoning yourself.
When you assume someone else always knows better, the ground beneath you can feel uncertain. Anxiety and self-doubt grow. You keep searching for what you are missing, as though everyone else holds a piece of understanding you were never given.
Another person’s certainty does not make your own voice less worthy of trust.
You can let others see things differently.
You can bear being misunderstood.
You can move forward without everyone’s agreement.
You do not have to know everything to trust yourself.
You can be curious and still have your own ground to stand on.
This is your life to inhabit.
Your voice belongs at its center.
You get to decide.
