Willing to Be Willing
Sometimes change doesn't begin with confidence.
It begins with becoming willing to be willing.
When we become rigid, the mind narrows. It insists there is only one outcome, one answer, or one way forward.
Even a small willingness softens that stance.
It creates a little space.
And in that space, possibility begins to return.
You don't have to believe everything will work out.
You don't have to feel ready.
You only have to become willing to discover what you don't know yet.
That small shift is enough to help the mind loosen its grip and begin imagining new possibilities.
